Can I return the items I’ve bought, and what conditions apply?
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your items, please return them in their original condition and in their original packaging with your Return Form and we will refund it.
You can return the goods within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. The cost of returns is paid by the customer. The returned goods should be sent to Tuilik srl, Via Zuara 18, 20146 Milan.
All items will be inspected upon return. If we deem your return as unsaleable, it will be returned back to you.
Make sure your parcel is packed securely and cannot be damaged on its way back, its your responsibility to return the item in the same condition it was delivered to you in.
Please note: we currently cannot accept returns from the UK.
When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?
For technical reasons, it may take from 5 to 15 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The refund will be issued by the same method of payment as that used to make the purchase.
Can I exchange an article I’ve bought for another one?
A change of size or colour for an item of technical clothing or PFDs is possible only by sending or taking the article to the Tuilik premises in Milan. The change is subject to availability. In all other cases, the only possible method is a return with refund, where applicable.
Will the full value of the order be refunded to me?
The refund will be issued by the same method of payment as that used to make the purchase. Delivery costs are only refunded if the articles are returned because they are faulty. Any electronic transaction costs for credit card payments may also be debited (on the total order value: 1.4% for cards issued in EU countries, and 2.9% for cards issued outside the EU).
