Information document, pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The data are processed for administrative purposes (accounting, tax and legal) and the data processing is:

• necessary to perform the agreement to which the data subject is a party;
• necessary to fulfill the legal obligations relating to accounting and administrative records.

Therefore, it would not be possible or lawful to provide the services requested without collecting the foregoing data.

The data collected might be disclosed to consultants subject to a duty of professional secrecy and/or to credit management companies. As a general rule, the data collected will not be transferred to another country, and if the data is transferred, the information document will be integrated.

The personal data will be stored for the period imposed by statutory and tax legislation.

The data subject (natural person) may request access to his/her data also for their rectification. In view of the mandatory nature of data processing, the request to cancel data or to limit the data processing can only be satisfied if permitted by the rules and regulations relating to the storage of accounting, statutory and tax data. In any event, the data subject may submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Italian Personal Data Protection Commission).

Marketing data

The data are processed for marketing purposes and their processing is necessary in order to pursue the Data Controller’s legitimate interest to carry out promotional activities with potential customers, while respecting the rights and freedoms of the data subjects.

Only non-specific data are processed, i.e. name, surname, business address, e-mail and possible company telephone number. The promotion material relating to the products and services provided by the Data Controller cannot be forwarded without collecting such data.

The data collected might be disclosed to marketing and communication consultants, duly appointed to support the Data Controller in promoting its products and services, subject to the specific prohibition of carrying out data processing other than the contractually established data processing and, in particular, of disclosing such data to additional third parties.

As a general rule, the data will not be transferred to another country, and if the data is transferred, the information document will be integrated.

The personal data collected for marketing purposes will be stored for a period of five years, after which the data will be canceled.

The data subject (natural person) may request access to his/her data, also for their rectification or for such data to be canceled. In any event, the data subject may submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Italian Personal Data Protection Commission).
